Beaver Mountain Estates is a tucked away and quiet community in South Fork, Colorado of 2+ acre mountain homesites with multiple year-round residents and several second-home residents. You will find neighbors enjoying the solitude of the mountains in close proximity but not "on top" of each other like you would in larger cities. People live in Beaver Mountain Estates to enjoy the beautiful mountain views, to experience the quiet solitude the city cannot offer, and to have easy access to many outdoor activities this area of Colorado offers.

Last year we said good-bye to our friends Kevin and Paula Hendricks after making Beaver Mountain Estates their home for almost 30 years. They were first residents of BME and helped shepherd the neighborhood through its early development and through fire, floods and tribulation. Over the years, the neighborhood and town benefited in many ways from Kevin and Paula's unselfish support. In recognition of their many contributions and longtime community service, the BMEPOA Board of Directors approved naming the neighborhood pond as a tribute to them. It was bit slow coming, but the sign has finally been installed, and we are pleased to announce - HENDRICKS POND - in honor of Kevin and Paula Hendricks.
